Weekly Group Calls Sessions Structured around one topic weekly, and will always provide time for Q&A for your burning questions. This level of accountability and shared resources keep you on track. You'll be able to work through obstacles, get your questions answered, brainstorm ideas, and truly mastermind with others. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to connect regularly with an accountability partner, another entrepreneur with whom you can stay on track.

You'll receive a new training module from the Business Marketing Mastery Curriculum each week. As you work through 20 training modules you'll get clarity around your time, values, niche, business model, marketing message, signature talk, prepare your pricing, packaging and proprietary systems. We'll work on closing the sale, documenting business processes, and optimizing your social media strategy.

The private calls, online modules, training sessions, hot seats, and group forum provide structure, guidance, support and the feedback you need to take your business to the next level much more quickly than doing it all on your own.

Together, we'll pull the curtain back, and jump in the trenches of your business structure, funnel, messaging and inner workings. We'll also help you focus in on your pricing, ideal client and signature talks which will get you going faster. My goal is to keep you in action, implementing and guiding your business to get on track to deliver on your revenue goals.

Weekly accountability coaching calls and monthly 1-1 strategy calls help you overcome mindset obstacles, get support, stay on track with the curriculum, and get what you need to speed your decisions and stay in action. This one on one support and incremental guidance and steps forward are critical to your success. Monthly private strategy session coaching will significantly increase the impact and value of this program. I designed this program because it is exactly what I wish I had when I was in this stage of business, but could never find at a 'start-up' investment.

Coaching Welcome Packet - The coaching relationship begins upon purchase. You are asked to complete a Coaching Welcome Packet that will help you clarify your intentions and goals for the program.
Private 1-1 Kick-Start Goal Setting Session - The live session will set the stage for your group experience and help me better understand your business and your personal goals for the program. We'll walk through your business goals and complete a gap analysis so I can adapt the learning and Q&A sessions to best serve you and your needs. This way we are ready to dig in and you get focused results right away.
Monthly Private Strategy Calls - 10 Private 1-1 calls allow you direct access to coaching, feedback, brainstorming and masterminding each month to keep you focused and on track. These calls are recorded for future reference.
Online Training Modules - As soon as your Welcome Packet is received, you'll gain access to the first learning modules in the program. A new module is delivered weekly. This rollout strategy allows you to work at your own pace but keeps you moving forward! (Currently, there are 28 program modules and new material is developed often.)
Twice Monthly Group Coaching Calls - For enhanced accountability, direction, and support, each call has a focus topic. There is always time for Q&A. Live group calls boost accountability and encourage shared resources. Regular calls keep you on track. You'll work through obstacles, get questions answered, brainstorm, and mastermind with others. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to connect regularly with an accountability partner, another entrepreneur with whom you can stay on track.
Templates & Worksheets - To support your self-paced work, you'll receive templates, tools, worksheets, and online learning modules and access to structured questions that will help you master your Business Marketing!
Unlimited Access to Private Group Forum - A private group forum is set up for the participants to allow you access to each other. You are able to be as active as you wish, ask questions, ask for feedback and get support whenever you need it.
Accountability Partnership - Because this is a small group, you are set up with an accountability partner to check in regularly with each other and keep each other on track.
